We had an awesome splash in the pool while enjoying the beautiful area around for snorkeling. The staff was helpful, especially the chef who whipped up a great fish sauce when I requested it for breakfast. Our family room was spacious, perfect for my little kid.
My kids wished there were more activities for little ones.

First up, the staff at De Santos were incredibly professional and polite. The suite I booked was supposed to have a jetted tub, but instead, it had a large shower. That was disappointing, especially since it affected my relaxing expectations. the room was immaculately clean, and the AC worked like a charm. I appreciated the daily housekeeping. Breakfast was a delight, and I was happy to tip the chefs for their attentive service. I enjoyed the live bands by the pool, which added a vibrant atmosphere. On the downside, I noticed a few issues like blood on the bedding at times, which was definitely concerning. Complaints about a flooding shower didn’t seem to be addressed effectively, just mopped up without a solution. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience still had its charm, mainly due to the location near the airport and the general security around the hotel.
